The company has identified numerous opportunities in terms of over looked or non-produced reserves in already discovered fields.  The geologic and engineering teams will develop these opportunities in a way that will result in an attractive rate of return for investors and owners. We will 1) “farm-in” or acquire opportunities that no longer have economic value or those that lack the resources to be fully developed, or 2) lease properties that have proven undeveloped reserves, particularly on the continental shelf of the Gulf of Mexico.  Our intention is to increase the NPV of the assets by reducing risk and participating through funding and technological expertise, which will allow us to reap the benefit and quickly move on to the next opportunity.
